Desert Blend
$5.80/rollOur Desert Blend is the traditional seed blend of 90% Tall Fescue and 10% Kentucky Bluegrass. Tall Fescue develops deeper roots for water savings during hot months. Kentucky Bluegrass fills in for density and quality. Together, they provide drought tolerance and beauty.
RTF Water Saver
$6.40/rollOur RTF Water Saver (Rhizomatous Tall Fescue) is the newest advanced-generation Tall Fescue that produces rhizomes — underground stems that spread laterally through the soil. This patented grass uses about 30% less water than traditional varieties.
HGT Desert Blue
$6.80/rollOur HGT sod is an improved bluegrass variety. HGT stands for Healthy Grass Technology. Developed in harsh climatic conditions to withstand diseases, pests, and heavy traffic. Especially unique for its ability to thrive in the warmer transition zone where other bluegrass varieties struggle.
Desert Bermuda
$6.50/rollOur Desert Bermuda is an advanced Hybrid Bermuda grass — not common Bermuda, so it does not spread by seed. This provides the highest repairability with easy containment. The most drought-tolerant variety we offer, ideal for Washington County's transition climate.
Grass Seed
Our 5 lb. seed bags are sod-quality, meaning they're better than what you'll find at your local garden center. Our seed blends perfectly with your existing lawn for overseeding or patch repairs.
Fertilizer
Our 25 lb. bags are blended specifically for Southern Utah's desert climate and soils. Perfectly balanced between nitrogen, phosphate, and potash with slow-release iron. The best fertilizer for new lawns and year-round yard maintenance. Apply 5 times a year for optimal results.
